1.Warranty Coverage

At Jaipur Gem Paradise, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. We offer a limited warranty on our products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Gold and Platinum Jewellery: 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Silver Jewellery: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gemstone Jewellery: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Hip-Hop Jewellery: 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. What is Covered

Our warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
  • Loss of gemstones due to manufacturing defects.
  • Broken or damaged clasps, prongs, or earring posts due to manufacturing defects.

4. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.
  • Loss or theft of the item.
  • Changes in appearance due to regular use, such as tarnishing or fading.
