2. Return and Exchange Period

  • Gold, Platinum, and Gemstone Jewellery: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Silver and Hip-Hop Jewellery: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

3. Conditions for Return and Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount.
  • Items that have been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

5. Return and Exchange Process

6. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If the item is approved, we will process your return or exchange.
  • For returns, the purchase price will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost once the return is approved.
